Fixed:#

• process overlay information in a zip
• when uploading data overlay verify db constraints
• when there is a conflict on db update return 409 status code
• when data overlay contains information that does not fit in db provide proper error message
• network connection should not be submitted to minerva net
• overlay description box is too small to show full description
• when there is conflict on updating data on server show proper message
