Fixed:#

• There was no way to add/revalidate new plugins in new admin interface
• Missing possibility to change user password
• default plugins should load immediately after loading page
• when downloaded CTD file is removed/incomplete the file will be re-fetched
• export to CellDesigner created corrupted file for elements containing “&” in the notes
• when creating project from dump license caused issue
• export elements to csv did not work
• OpenTargets API changed in 03.2026 and cause issues
