Backward incompatibility:#

• Minerva does not use DAPI anymore
• Access to the DrugBank has been removed
• Support for Java 8 has been dropped
• Minerva does not contain genomes anymore
• Support for postgres below 10 has been removed
• The old frontend is not accessible anymore
• Configuration options for selecting what part of information in the left tab should be visible are removed
• Project permission has only READ_PROJECT possibility (WRITE access for a project is given to curators with read access)

• Submaps ordered alphabetically

• Caching links on map with duplicate pubmed ids could skip some pubmed links
