Fixed:#

• When there is a problem with a network connection, report it properly
• Persist a clicked element in the url
• Project status on project upload did not refresh properly
• export to CellDesigner could duplicate modification residues when rounding issues appeared
• Removing a user with all projects could cause an error
• All users didn’t have permissions of a guest account
