Fixed:#

• Some curl samples in REST API documentation were missing Content-type header, what caused issues with converter API.

• Sometimes MINERVA_AUTH token in REST API documentation was either missing or redundant.

• Deprecated parameter semantic-zoom changed to semantic-zoom-contains-multiple-layouts in REST API documentation for a project upload.

• Export to SBML did not work with an empty complexes containing the same structural state.

• Updating user plugin data did not work.

• The legend was not visualized properly for mix of defined and undefined colors in the data overlay.

• Misleading “undefined maps” removed from the header of submaps tab.
