• Java Assistive Technology caused randomly issues with map upload

• hiding data overlay could cause an error

• documentation for genomics endpoints were not provided

• uniprot removed information about locus id - annotation with tair locus id stopped working

• ordering of data overlay boxes over an element was problematic when mixing GENERAL OVERLAYS and USER-PROVIDED OVERLAYS

• reaction overlays used common colors when showing multiple overlays
