Performance fixed:#

• Upload of data overlays was time consuming.

• Showing data overlay on a big map was time consuming.

• Fetching all bioEntities using JS API was time consuming.

Fixed:#

• Invalid SBML file could crash map upload or format conversion.

• Particular old maps could not be removed.

• Concurrency issue when exporting to CellDesigner - MINERVA could crash if there were two exports running in parallel.

• Fetching elements filtered by includedCompartmentIds using REST API did not work.
