Fixed:#

• Automatic annotations were not provided for the uploaded project, only curator’s annotations were displayed in the left panel.

• Export to SBML failed in case a reaction contained overlapping anchor points (what caused the middle line length=0).

• Exporting the submap as a map often resulted in the download error.

• The overlay’s colors, for the intermediate values (like 0.5), were incorrectly exported to the image.

• If there was a problem with updating user’s sorting preferences, the error was raised. Currently, there is a silent warning reported in the console.
