Fixed:#

• Coloring proteins by custom overlay as per parameter Type = PROTEIN does not work ⟹ now: Elements annotated as proteins are colored correctly with custom overlay according to parameter Type = PROTEIN

• [Plugin] getting reactions with set of elements more than 100 does not work ⟹ now: [Plugin] getting reactions with any number of elements

• The name of commented protein was remembered in the next comment for different element ⟹ now: Each new comment is blank

• The default zoom level of submap is unrestricted ⟹ now: There is a validated list of available zoom levels for the submap [0, 1, 2, 3, 4]

• Downloading data overlay occurs with mixed new line characters (due to data coming from different OS) ⟹ now: The warning is displayed regarding mixed new line characters

Performance:#

• Tomcat inside docker image by default can use 3 GB of memory (used to be 256 MB)
