Fixed:#

• Add button for the user with no privileges was enabled. Now, the Add project button is disabled for the user with no privileges.

• The ProjectId was missed in the Edit window for a project.

• The user could provide invalid MeSH ID for a project, what led to an errors during the map browsing. Currently, the dialog window is displayed, informing about the incorrect MeSH ID.

• The user created via LDAP connection had a password stored in the database, currently the password is not cached.
