Example 8 - GPML mapping#

This section explains how the MINERVA Platform handles GPML format. In the terms of creating the diagram, GPML format is less constricted than CellDesigner. Due to that, the MINERVA Platform converts GPML reactions which are not directly mirrored in CellDesigner (i.e. mim-binding reaction is displayed in MINERVA Platform as unknown transition).
