  • When accessing backgrounds permission is checked before existence of project
  • Chebi annotator provided invalid inchi miriam that caused issue with export
  • API: When accessing overlays access is checked before existence
  • Tair database changed format and annotator stopped working
  • Exporting of not supported gates from cell designer maps to SBGNML resulted in invalid sbgn file
  • CellDesigner export: could duplicate protein references in some cases
  • Problem with getting suggested query list for drugs
