Small improvement:

• Cookie policy is supported.

Fixed:

• Unfinished projects were not marked as fail after tomcat restart.

• LOAD button in Plugins panel becomes inactive after click on it, to prevent double click.

• Coloring complex with data overlay caused the elements of complex became not interactive. Currently, data overlay rectangle for a complex is put behind the child rectangle.

• Properly logrotate logs when using tomcat9.
