14.0.4 MINERVA Release

The list of overlays, in User View left panel, for administrator or curator included also other users overlays (regression 14.0.3). Currently, that list displays only overlays owned by the (logged in) user.
Some SBGN files uploaded to MINERVA, could not be exported to SBML due to problems with identifiers used by SBGN.
Upload of data overlay with conflicting overlay types caused error. Currently, user can not change the type in Add overlay dialog if data overlay contains type (generic/genetic variant).
Refresh button did not refresh overlay list after the overlay was removed over API.
Upload of SBML file with protein modifications inside complex crashed map’s visualization.
