Lists of the types supported by the instance.
All of them are served from the /new_api/configuration/ path.
1. List identifiers.org types
The identifier types (UniProt, ChEBI, HGNC, GO, …) that annotations of elements and reactions can point to, so this is the vocabulary behind the annotations sub-resources.
Every entry gives the name used in the API, the registry identifier assigned by identifiers.org and the URIs recognised for that database.
The response lists every supported type (several hundred); the samples below are shortened to the first three entries.
1.1. HTTP request
GET /minerva/new_api/configuration/identifier_types/ HTTP/1.1
1.2. CURL sample
$ curl 'https://minerva-service.lcsb.uni.lu/minerva/new_api/configuration/identifier_types/' -X GET
1.3. HTTP response
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
1.4. Response Fields
| Path | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
|
|
enum name of the identifier type |
|
|
human readable name of the identifier type |
|
|
url to database homepage |
|
|
unique identifier used by identifiers.org to reference this type |
|
|
list of uris used by this identifier type |

2. List map formats
The map file formats this instance can parse, which are the formats accepted when a project is created from a file.
The handler value identifies the converter and corresponds to the parser that has to be selected on upload.
2.1. HTTP request
GET /minerva/new_api/configuration/map_formats/ HTTP/1.1
2.2. CURL sample
$ curl 'https://minerva-service.lcsb.uni.lu/minerva/new_api/configuration/map_formats/' -X GET

3. List image formats
The formats a map can be rendered into (PNG, PDF, SVG), together with the file extension used for each.
The generator value identifies the renderer producing that format.
3.1. HTTP request
GET /minerva/new_api/configuration/image_formats/ HTTP/1.1
3.2. CURL sample
$ curl 'https://minerva-service.lcsb.uni.lu/minerva/new_api/configuration/image_formats/' -X GET
